Hello,
I have a digital product that I archived on my store because I am no longer selling it. I ended up having to update it, and clicked on the option to notify the customers who already bought it.
However, I believe it sent an email entitled “Update available for “Liquid error: internal”” instead of the product name. I am not sure if the files are even available to download for customers if I archived it.
Can someone let me know the best way to make a product no longer available on my store, and no longer show up in my store, but still allow me to update the product and send the updates to the customers who had purchased the product?
