I’m currently using focal theme and I am not very good at coding. Anything that has been changed, somebody else has done for me through support.
there is an update available and I updated it and non of my changes have pulled over. Is there a way to fix this or find out what’s been changed? And how do I change it?
Any help would be so appreciated.

When you are going to update your theme then custom changes will not reflect but other changes will appear as the theme update, I need to check your theme so that I can give you the right solution. There are some default files there that need to add to the new updated theme.
Give me the store access so that I can check.
