Hi, I had a call with a Shopify rep who told me to turn on Checkout Extensibility. He walked me through turning it on during the call but didn’t explain that I might lose some previous coding. I think I might have lost some tracking codes.
Does anyone know what you need to do for advertising after you upgrade? Do I have to reinstall pixels for all ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)?
Thank you for this information. Luckily, we were able to get an advertising partner we work with to fix it all for us. But hopefully this information is helpful for anyone else that has the same issue.
Could you please share what issue you are exactly having? Would you be interested in Google Tag manager GTM to configure event tracking for any ads platform?
