Upload Product Catalogs to Facebook in multiple languages

I’ve recently set up one of my domains to have multiple languages. Default is English, and there is German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Polish. These are set up as domain.com/de, domain.com/pl, domain.com/fr, etc.

Now I’d like to send a product catalog to Facebook in each of these languages so I can set up ads in each language. I’ve used the Facebook app on Shopify for the main/English products. What’s the best way to get the other languages in there? Is there an app that can do this, or will I have to create manual upload feeds?

Similar problem here:

• Default language: Italian (https://cnick.it/)
• Secondary language: English (https://cnick.it/en/)

But the website link in the product catalogue is to the EN language only:

I’d prefer to link to the default version, as I’m advertising for the Italian market.

Any help appreciated.
