Spent hours now on a task that should speed things up.
I am uploading CSV and have followed various guides and keep getting the same issue.
My products do not have variants, so in Option1 Name i am putting “Title” and in Option1 Value I am putting “Default Title” (i have also tried leaving these blank and it didnt work.
The issue…Its creating variants and including SKUs of every item on the spreadsheet. Driving me mad please help

What does your handle column contain? If this is the same for all products it will consider them all as variants of the same product handle.

@JHKCreate i left them blank thinking it would use the item title (like it does when manually creating an individual product) . shall i just copy the item title into that column too
That’s the issue then, if none of your products have variants then just copy the content of your product title column into your handle column.
You should then be golden!
