when we add a product by excel sheet the images are not uploding ?

You can follow the instructions below:

  1. Ensure Image URLs:

    • The Image Src column must contain publicly accessible direct links (ending with .jpg, .png, etc.).
    • Test URLs in a browser to confirm accessibility.

  2. Save as CSV:

    • Convert your Excel file to CSV format: File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).

  3. Verify Column Names:

    • The column header must be exactly Image Src (case-sensitive).

  4. Compress Images:

    • Reduce image file sizes to avoid upload issues.

  5. Match Products and Images:

    • Ensure the Handle column correctly links images to their respective products.

  6. Retry with Stable Internet:

    • Upload the CSV again, ensuring no interruptions.

  7. Check Shopify Logs:

    • Review error logs after upload for specific issues.

I don’t know what your process is but first you have to upload the images in Shopify backend and then copy the sources of those images in excel and then upload it.
