UPS Carrier rates are not showing while trying to add rate

Hi All,

I have connected my UPS Account with Shopify. During checkout, the UPS calculated rates are not showing on my website. Then I have tried to add a rate from the settings, but Shopify is not fetching the rates. Please help. Picture attached for reference.

If the issue still persists, try clearing the browser cache. Normally, this solves the issue with Shopify not fetching the rates.

I tried clearing the cache and incognito mode, still the same.
