- I am trying to apply UPS rates to Canada and US it is only showing me the Canada Post rates though. I assume because I am from Canada. Is there something that I am missing to be able to see UPS rates provided by Shopify?
@UpCribWorldwide If you are using the Shopify provided UPS Account, then it could have been due to the UPS migration to OAuth 2.0. This issue should be resolved by re-connecting your UPS accounts.
If you continue facing the issue, you may have to contact Shopify support for further analysis.
