Recent update to Mac Monterey 12.5 and Firefox has resulted in not being able to print a proper label on Rollo thermal printer for UPS only. USPS is perfectly fine.
Removed printers, re-installed drivers, same result. 4X6 selected, and tried on every other size, can’t get a normal label to come out.
WORKING on Safari and Brave, but Firefox is my browser of choice
I’d appreciate any help with this, seems more like a Shopify problem with firefox, the product images on packing slips have also changed
I have tried but the problem persists, there’s no scale on the images even when selecting a different paper size

I appreciate the help! Modifications to the scale prompt only increase/decrease the print size of the partial image. I’m getting 1/3 of the bar code and the reference numbers at the bottom of the label no matter what, it does NOT ever print the full image.
Over the weekend, this has started happening with the USPS labels too, cache cleared cookies cleared and it’s still an issue.
I’m not super smart computer guy, but I know enough to never have to post on the internet about problems- google fixes all things.
