I am getting an error when a customer is checking out if there order is not over $150. I have a free shipping rate that I added which works in. I also have the UPS shipping rate thinking it would work but its not. Are my rates not setup properly? Please help, thanks

Thank you for providing the screenshot of the UPS, I can see exactly why the rates are not showing up.
You have the services selected, however you need the Future Services to be selected too. If that is de-selected, no rates will display at checkout.
Once you select it, rates should return.
