Hello

I’m located in Estonia and I’m having a really hard time with the UPS shipping integration to my Plus store. I’ve installed the UPS via Shopify Shipping, but the shipping rates that come automatically to my store are maximum prices without any discount. I have a contract with the official Estonian UPS franchise company with the discounted prices, etc. But these prices do not appear in my store. My Estonian UPS account manager told me that UPS provides ALL the Shopify customers with the maximum set prices (without the discount). To me it just doesn’t make sense. Does anyone of you have any experience with the UPS shipping in such perspective? Is it possible to adjust the prices to be displayed in the UPS website?
