I purchased a domain from Shopify for my Shopify store. Unfortunately, my domain got blacklisted by Spamhaus under the category Spamhaus DBL due to a bad domain IP.
I have contacted the Shopify technical department dozens of times, but unfortunately, they have been unable to resolve this problem. It seems like their IT department lacks the technical knowledge to address this issue and remove my domain from the blacklist. I’m exhausted with this problem, and my email system is blocked due to this domain blacklist, making it impossible to communicate with my customers. I have lost customers and sales, which is very unfortunate, and all of this is because of the Shopify technical department team.
Is there anyone here who can suggest a solution? Thanks.

In these situations there is nothing that our technical support team can do to assist you. We have no control over services like Spamhaus. If you have not yet, you will need to contact Spamhaus directly to ask them to remove the website from their blacklist. How did you resolve it ? my domain have been bought with gandi.net but every time i contact spamhaus to remove it they will remove one listing and keep one telling me to contact my email provider and the ip adress is not even mine.
