Urgent / bank detail update / been over 4 days since I’ve heard from the security team

Hi

It has been well and truely over 48 hours now, 4 days since I got in touch with you guys about this. The security team has not reached out to me within the 48 hour timeframe. This is taking way too long. The support is terrible. This is quite urgent as I have bills to pay. I should be able to resolve this sooner as it’s urgent. Can you please get someone to get in touch with me asap to resolve the issue otherwise I will need to take this up with the Australian consumer affairs. Thanks
