I understand you were looking to have EBANX payment gateway integrated with your store prior to Black Friday. Were you able to set up this payment gateway before the Black Friday weekend?
EBANX is a third-party payment provider, so you may need to contact their support team for further assistance. However, I’m happy to help walk you through the general steps of setting up a third-party payment provider within your Shopify admin.
In order to have this payment gateway enabled, there’s a specific link you’ll need to click on the EBANX website to set this up in your Payment section of the Shopify admin.
Once you’ve followed the above step, you’ll need to login to your Shopify admin, and navigate to your Settings > Payment section and select Choose alternative payment.
On the following page search for EBANX
To fully integrate EBANX gateway you’ll need to have a Public Integration Key and EBANX Shopify Key which will be available directly within your EBANX dashboard. If you do not have access to your EBANX dashboard, you’ll need to fill out a form via this page. Within your EBANX dashboard, select Settings > Checkout to set up your Forms guide.
To test if the payment gateway is fully integrated you can run a test order on your store to see if the payment option is available. In the event that the payment gateway is not available, I’ll share EBANX Support contact information so they can take a closer look within your EBANX dashboard and help you get set up.
