URGENT FOLLOW-UP - they disabled my shopify payments with no reasons

I have no chargebacks and clear policies in place, with all procedures (refund process, return process, shipping, etc.) clearly explained. I have also included my LLC address, phone number, and email in the policies, and this information is visible across the entire website. I previously ran a very similar store in another market with the same structure and didn’t encounter any issues, so I really don’t understand what happened. They simply stated “suspected merchant misrepresentation and/or misleading content,” which doesn’t clarify anything.

I also received an email saying “your appeal was denied,” but I never submitted any appeal — I only contacted an advisor and didn’t take any further action.

I truly value my collaboration with Shopify and I’m fully willing to make any changes required to comply with their policies. However, I’ve reviewed the policies multiple times and believe I’ve followed everything correctly, so I’m unsure what the issue is.

I would just like to understand the reason so I can make the necessary adjustments, but I can’t do that without knowing what went wrong. Has anyone experienced something similar? Thank you in advance for any help.
