If you can log in to your account via Google Chrome Incognito, then it would suggest that either your cache/cookies or one of your browser extensions are causing the issue. Seeing as you’ve tried clearing your cache, I would try disabling all of your browser extensions, then try to log in. If that works, then you’d need to enable each extension one at a time to diagnose which extension is causing the issue. You can then reach out to the app developer of the extension to troubleshoot the issue further.
