I hope this post finds you well. I’m reaching out on behalf of our team at Fly Well, a supplement company. We’ve recently found ourselves in a bit of a predicament and could really use your expertise.
We hired a developer to help us build our site, which includes a mix of Shogun and custom code. Unfortunately, our developer has left us in a less than ideal situation with several unresolved issues. We’re a small team and while we’re learning as we go, some of these problems are beyond our current knowledge.
Here are the main issues we’re facing.
One of the main concerns is the Default Shopify Pages Not Displaying: We’ve created and published several pages through Shopify’s native page creation tool. However, when we try to preview these pages, they appear blank. We’ve checked the visibility and navigation settings, and everything seems to be in order. We suspect there might be a conflict between our theme and the native Shopify pages.
We’re really hoping to resolve these issues as soon as possible. If anyone has any insights
or could point us in the right direction, we would greatly appreciate it. We’re open to all suggestions and are willing to learn. We just need a little guidance to get started.
We understand that these issues might be due to conflicts between our theme, Shogun, and the custom code implemented by our previous developer. If anyone has experienced similar issues or has expertise in this area, your advice would be invaluable.
We’re also open to getting someone who can help us resolve these issues if they’re too complex for us to handle on our own. We’re committed to providing the best experience for our customers, and these issues are currently standing in our way.
