Urgent Help Needed: Shopify Payouts

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m reaching out in hopes that someone here might be able to provide some guidance or share similar experiences. Since June 15th, my Shopify payouts have been on hold. I never received an email or any explanation for the hold, except for a message in my admin panel advising me to contact support.

I’ve contacted Shopify support about 7 times, and each time I’ve received a different, unhelpful response such as “it’s a standard review” or “my case has been escalated and the business team will reach out.” Unfortunately, I have not been told why my account is on hold, nor have I been given a timeframe for when this will be resolved.

This situation has become critical as I have burned through almost all of my capital. I’m at the point where I won’t even be able to pay the subscription fee soon, and it seems pointless to continue if I can’t receive payouts.

If anyone has found a solution to a similar issue, please share your experience. Additionally, if any Shopify admin sees this, please let me know if there is anything that can be done. I’m really frustrated and just need some clarity and resolution.

I understand the urgency regarding your concern. This is not ideal though, since this is an account issue, the best course of action as of now is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team as they can the one who has all the tool and needed view or access to check your account status. Usually, for this kind issue based on experience, it will take some time. I highly suggest that you make a follow up regarding your case by reaching out to them directly via live chat instead of email or ticket because, it will only make your ticket go further on their queue.
