I hope someone can assist me with a critical issue I’m facing with my Shopify store.
Recently, I changed my store’s region from Canada to Hong Kong. Since making this change, my store has been experiencing severe issues:
Store content is not displaying.
Pages are constantly redirecting, making the store completely inaccessible.
I suspect that this issue may be related to the theme’s code. It appears there might be something wrong with the theme coding that needs to be fixed.
What I Need:
Any guidance on how to fix the theme coding issue that is causing content not to display and constant redirects.
Step-by-step instructions or methods that I can give to a third-party developer to help resolve this problem.
I have already contacted Shopify Support, and they suggested checking the link to message their experts for help with pricing and assistance. However, I would appreciate any advice or solutions from the community as well.
