Please share your store url. Before this try looking in the customizer for pop-ups, you can hide them or disable the feature i guess

Hi there - have tried this way, and it’s not there - wish it was that simple. I can’t even locate the pop up on the back end to remove the code - so any help here would be great. Its the EllA theme 5.03.
