Urgent I need help my account was terminated for no reasson

That just happen to my this friday, here is the email I got Dear Account Owner, We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed. If you believe that your account was terminated in error, as a first step, please use this form to appeal the decision. Please note that this email address is not monitored. Thank you, Shopify Merchant Trust Team The information was so limited I don’t even know what I’ve done wrong, and when I try to fill in the form to appeal it shows ‘No appealable decision’ I have talk to multiple support personal and everyone promise me I will ge reply but 48 hours pass by I have not recive anything. the sttaf told me the decision was made by computer and now it’s under review by human but no guarantee that I will get any reply, all I can do now is wait.
