Urgent - Infinite Scroll not Working on Some Devices?

Topic summary

Issue: Infinite scroll (auto-loading more products) fails on Safari for iOS 15.2 on at least one device. The spinner appears but the next set of items never loads.

Scope and variability: The problem does not occur in Chrome on the same device and cannot be reproduced on a second device also running iOS 15.2, suggesting a Safari/iOS 15.2 edge case or device-specific issue. The reporter suspects it may have started after updating iOS, but this is unconfirmed.

Evidence: A live URL to the affected collection page is provided, along with a short video demonstrating the issue (both central for reproducing).

Impact: Potential risk of missed product loads for customers, prompting urgency.

Additional reports: Another user confirms experiencing the same problem and asks for solutions.

Status: No root cause or fix identified; discussion remains open.

Hi all

I have an issue with the infinite scroll on my store which I urgently need resolving.

On one mobile device, using Safari browser on iOS 15.2, my infinite scroll is not loading. I believe the issue started when I updated the iOS but canot guarantee this. The ‘loading wheel’ spins but the second ‘page’ never loads. The issue is not occuring using Google Chrome on the same device. My concern is, of course, that this could be happening to a large number of my customers and I might never know.

I have since updated a second device to iOS 15.2, which is not replicating the issue.

Here is a link to where I am experiencing the issue: https://bettyberry.co.uk/collections/vintage

I’ve also attached a short video showing the problem. Any advice at all would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you!

I have the same problem. Any solutions?
