I have been trying to reach out to the seller for a return, but unfortunately, they are not responding to my inquiries.
I wanted to share this experience with the community to seek any advice or assistance you might have. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? If so, how did you handle it, and were you able to resolve the issue successfully?

If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order and have not received a response, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.

Is there any way can we get that stores contact number. Once I ordered there was no confirmation from them. Received only product tracking details. So tried to contact them by using email option. But no response. Please help on this
