While I am eager to resolve the payment issue and keep my business running, the current situation has led me to request an immediate backup of my data and the deletion of all my information from Shopify’s servers. It is important that Shopify recognizes the urgency of such situations and provides timely and effective solutions.
I urge Shopify to take immediate action to resolve this matter and improve their support mechanisms to prevent similar issues from affecting other businesses in the future.
