My payouts have been blocked for more than a week, and despite raising this issue with over 10 different Shopify support advisors, the problem remains unresolved. Each advisor has told me that the matter lies with the finance team and assured me it would be resolved. However, after that, the chats are closed, and I am left without any real progress.
So far, I have only received one email from the finance team, but the issue has now been ongoing for over a month without resolution. This prolonged delay is severely impacting my business, and I am now at the point of considering shutting down my store altogether due to this ongoing problem.
I urgently request that a real Shopify representative who can take ownership of this matter assist me in resolving this issue, rather than repeatedly being told it is with the finance team. Please provide a concrete resolution as soon as possible.
