Urgent - Product Listing Images Blurry

Hello,

I am having a big issue with my product listing images not showing clear on my website through Showit. I have my website through showit but shopify is embedded to my website to make sales. I realized that my product listing images for each greeting card shows blurry when clicking on “view product” from the embedded purchase buttons made through Shopify. I have tried numerous attempts working with my product photographer to correct web resolution, high resolution, changing the dimensions, etc and nothing seems to change when I re-embed to my website. I spoke with an agent of yours yesterday, and they informed me that this was an issue through Showit. I contacted Showit today, and they informed me that this is an issue with Shopify. So I reached out again today to you all, and have been chatting with - Claude R. and he informed me that the development team informed me to post this information here and provide a screenshot of an example of what I am seeing on my end. Please help me to find a solution, I am paying monthly to utilize Shopify and my customers need to be able to see the products clear when viewing each product.

When I reached out to Showit, this was the feedback they provided to me " essentially it looks like Shopify isn’t showing the same image that you uploaded. They are most likely doing something to it since I’m assuming you didn’t upload images that were 280x350 pixels. I would just ask if the images that are shown in the embed should be sized to be smaller dimensions, and say that we found that smaller-sized images were being given. You could send them the link we checked as well if you wanted, it’s the cdn link.
