maybe under Illegal activities but you need a store link for sure.

But besides that, you have a few options:

  • You can ask your lawyer to help you make a case and sue him for several things.
  • Beat the *%^$ out of him, maybe that would help
  • Talk to him and explain, why that is so bad. If he did that with your personal information, how easy would he use other people’s info? And what are the consequences then.

I saw several topics here when minors wanted to open Shopify stores and asked what are legal ways and how to include parents. I like their entrepreneurial spirit but it is a lot of work. You could also join him and see the ideas he has for business. Even if a good amount of businesses fail it is a good life experience. Also, he might have picked up some online videos that claim “Easy 40K a week”, " Made a 1 million in a month" and other scams. So watch out for that too.

He is using my name, my Italian Fiscal ID (Codice Fiscale) and my IBAN.

Could you find the merchant shop with these details?

in the meantime I found the merchant link of my son and I sent a request to close, I hope the will close it ASAP.
