My domain expired despite being set on auto-renew. According to Shopify Help Center Assistant: ”If your Shopify-managed domain has expired despite being set on auto-renew, you have a 40-day grace period to contact Shopify Support to renew it. You cannot renew an expired domain without contacting support.” After being prompted if I want to chat with a Support Advisor, I don’t receive any replies or confirmation if I’m being connected to the Support Team. When I chat anything else, the conversation just restarts. I’ve tried on a different browser and I received this link, but nothing happens when I click it.
