URL is a fake

I made two purchases to a company that mimic or duplicated or copied whatever word you want to use, but they had the same clothing items as the clothing store which I contacted and they said they never had any orders from me. I haven’t received these orders I haven’t received any refunds. I can’t get a hold of anyone at the Shop App. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know what to do. My bank won’t refund me for these charges and I don’t believe This is fair. I just want to refund. I don’t know what to do every time I try to make a claim or submit an issue by Stating that my orders haven’t come in and then I’d like a refund. It allows me to enter all my information except for the URL and now when I copy the URL on that store that I purchased the items from there’s an email and it doesn’t work so I believe it’s a fraudulent account that was duplicated from another store using the same name but anyways I really would love some help on this. Thank you.
