I recieved an email stating that I was using a theme which I did not have a license for and that if I didn’t purchase the rights then my page would be taken down. A couple of days after receiving the messege, I couldn’t access my page. Not sure what to do.

I think you should check the sender of the email. If you can confirm the email is from the theme vendor, then send them an email to arrange this.

Shopify does require the use of a licensed theme only, as per our Terms of services. If an unlicensed theme has been used, then removal and/or freezing of account access would be expected behavior.

Yes, so it is best to purchase a valid theme or switch to a free theme. Then reply to the email to let them know and reopen your store.
