I am US non-resident living outside USA and I have an LLC registered in the US. I would like to ask am I eligible for Shopify payments if I have a US Business bank account but not US personal bank account?

With regards to what you are asking, given that the business will be based in the USA as well as your bank accounts, I do not see why you will not be eligible to use Shopify Payments.
As for the banking requirements for Shopify Payments, I recommend you review this help document from us for further information regarding this. It states that the bank account must be with a physical bank in the United States, in USD currency, and eligible for ACH transfers.
