Usage of affiliate paramter in app installation process

Hello,

I have a question about affiliate marketing for my own Shopify App.

Can I pass parameters from my landing page to the Shopify App website which I can handle in the app installation? I want to transfer affiliate referrals so that my affiliate partners get their commission as soon as a user selects a paid plan.

Is this possible via a Shopify app?

I don’t believe so. You can ask them to enter their myshopify url, then have a submit button that records this url and forwards them to your app listing page. After install you could then check.
