Use 2 coupon code in shopify in a same order

Since shopify restrict that there is only possible to use the coupon code in a time.

in my case, we have coupon code for the high loyalty to always have the discount by entering the vip coupon code.

secondly, we also the loyalty & rewards app that allow the order to buy in certain volume, then, can have a cash coupon code, lets say USD3.00.

in that case, we need to use 2 coupon code together while checkout from shopify.

Is there any app can do it

Or any shopify app that can based on specific VIP member’s record, to auto-implement the discount on the specific collection(s) without usinig of any coupon code.

then, the 1 coupon code quota from the shopify can be used in any other coupon code or cash coupon code.
