Hello everyone!
I’m currently building a theme for a third party and would like to ask a question to the app support team of an app I have recently installed. Within the Apps screen, you can press the ellipsis button to open a menu, and then click “Get support”. However, replies will always be sent to the store owner rather than the logged in user (scribbled out in red):
The store owner’s email won’t always be available, and is not a technical user, therefore would not know how to respond to it.
Is there a way of using a different email for app support?
