Use collection metafields as dynamic source on collection pages

Hi,

Now that we have collection metafields working, would be nice if we can use metafields as dynamic sources as we use on the product page.

Do you think that it would be possible in near future?

Not on the product pages though? Would love to know how to link products to a metadata collection page (like the product vendor)… seems we can only do this with page references, not collection references?

To use metafields you need some “context”. In the product or collection page, you already have, because request the object in the page itself. To use metafields data in a product page for example, try to create a section where you choose a collection. I don’t tested on product page, but I did on home page and it worked
