I’ve created a Flow that places duplicate orders of specific SKUs within the last 90 days. It currently validates against customerID, but we’re finding that people are sneaky and changing their email addresses, bypassing the check. I’d like to include a check against the shipping 1 and zip as well. I know this won’t completely eliminate the fraud, but it would remove some of the manual checks we must make.
It doesn’t appear that address or zip are allowable variables in Get Order Info so throwing this out to the collective to see if there are other ideas.
