I need to set up a form that is on the clients existing site that is sent to a person that handles the purchases and customization for the orders as they come in. the form cannot be sent to the default basic contact email that all others go to that is in shopify.
I thought to create a unique form and use an external handler hosted on our servers and pass that form that way. to create a page in shopify and then target outside the system to pass this content to the appropriate email.
Has anyone done this?
another option would be to host the entire form on our servers, link out to it and link back when the form is submitted.
and honestly, none of this would be necessary if shopify allowed multiple emails to be used in their system.
any advice and help would be appreciated.
