The product page layout may vary depending on your theme, so the final look may not appear as in your example. Please let me know which theme you use so we can confirm if the following approach will suit your theme layout.
To have a long image which is called an infographic, you first need to create one using design tools such as Canva.com. This tool has a huge collection to choose from and is free to try.
Once your infographic is ready, you can simply add it as an image in the description section within the admin product page, as shown below. Remember that when you’re adding the image, scroll down to the bottom of the dialog and select Size: Original size. That will allow the image to display its actual dimension, as shown in your example.
