I installed Translate & Adapt to translate my entire store from French to English and German, it is quite fast and useful, thanks!

I used automatic translation for English, and then I went ahead and fine-tuned the translation manually (for the landing page, it is stored under “métadonnées”, or “metadata” I suppose). Unfortunately, my updated text doesn’t show on the landing page, and the old text remains. How do I fix this?
