I have recently started setting up a shopify drop-shipping store and need to complete the settings for my store. In order to set up shopify payments I need a business address, however I do not want to use my personal address. Is it possible to use a PO Box address as my business address for shopify payments. I’m also from the UK.

I believe it is possible, but your Shopify Payments address isn’t shared with customers, so it’s best to enter your real address in the back-end settings, and then if you want a PO Box for your customers, then you can list that on your site (and policy pages) instead of your real address.
UPS and FedEx don’t deliver to PO boxes because of potential delays. A private mailbox or a virtual mailbox are great alternatives.
