Using Google Tag Manager to install Pinterest Tag and event codes

Hey everyone, I am trying to install Pinterest Event codes Manually in Studio theme but i cannot find a way to add the AddToCart event code, i was wondering if I can use Google Tag manager instead to install the event codes. can I do that?? and how
