Using Kenza theme. How do I edit the shopping cart preview text?

I have the Kenza theme which shows the bag icon for the shopping cart at the top of the homepage. The text next t it current displays “Shopping cart” on the first line, then “0 item” on the second line:

currentshoppingcart.PNG

I either would like to remove it so that I only have the bag icon (or replace it with a shopping cart icon) with a floating (superscript or subscript) number over the bag icon displaying the number of items, even if it is zero, or correct the grammar to show “0 items” (with an “s” at the end, not “0 item” - to me it looks unprofessional this way) when it is zero, and “N items” when it contains more than one item. That might be complicated if the coding already doesn’t allow it to show “item” for only a single item, but if the text is there at all, I would ideally like it to be grammatically correct as follows:

0 items

1 item

2 items

Where can I edit these settings? Is it a template specific thing or is this somewhere in Shopify settings? Do I need to go into the code to change this? Any assistance would be great, thanks.

I figured it out. To modify the text:

Online Store → Themes → 3 dot menu for theme → Edit default theme content → Sections → Header → [Cart title/Zero/One/Other]
