One of the Shopify stores we run is a wholesale store. We use a custom metafield to track and display Recommended MSRPs on our online store.
Our issue is with the Text block. While you can use dynamic sources to display custom metafields on the online store, these values do not update when selecting a different variant.
Could anyone help me create a custom liquid block that would be able to properly display the values from a custom metafield? Thanks!
From what I understand, upon selecting a variant, the page does not usually change to show that variant’s particular metafields. I believe you will need to use Javascript to make the page change its displayed metafields when selecting a variant.
