I’m looking for advice from anyone who has implemented something similar.
Our Shopify store is currently registered in Egypt and we’re using Paymob as our online payment gateway. We now want to expand to Saudi Arabia and eventually other GCC countries, but we’d like to keep everything under a single Shopify store using Shopify Markets.
Our ideal setup is for customers in Egypt to pay using Paymob while customers in Saudi Arabia pay using Stripe, all within the same store and backend.
I’ve received conflicting information. Some people told me Shopify only allows one active third-party payment gateway per store, while others said this can be handled per Market. I’ve also been told that the only solution is to create a second Shopify store for Saudi and redirect customers using Geolocation.
Has anyone actually implemented this successfully?
Is it possible to use Paymob for Egypt and Stripe for Saudi on the same Shopify store? If not, are there any alternatives that would allow us to keep a single Shopify store without creating separate stores for each country?

Paymob already supports Saudi but My store is created with EGP Currency so I will be collecting the money from Saudi in EGP currency instead of USD which is my main issue
The gateway side is already answered above, third party gateways like Paymob and Stripe cannot be assigned per market, so one store cannot route Egypt to Paymob and Saudi to Stripe. Shopify Payments is the only gateway that does per market currency, and it is not available in Egypt.
Your real blocker is the one in your last message though, the currency. What a third party gateway collects in is tied to your store currency and how your Markets currency settings are set, not to which countries the gateway happens to support. So Paymob supporting Saudi does not help while your store base is EGP and Saudi buyers are not being shown SAR. They still get charged in EGP.
If collecting real SAR matters, the clean setup is usually a separate Saudi store with SAR as its base currency and Paymob’s Saudi account on it, then geo route customers to the right store. Have you checked with Paymob what currency their Saudi integration actually settles in?
