Using shopify for a subscription box website

Is there a tutorial on how to do that?

For example, I don’t need a products page, I don’t want a cart but to get directly to checkout, I want a theme build, especially for a ‘single product’ store, and I want variations of the box will be chosen dynamically in some sort of progress page, etc.
Also, is there a subscription app built especially for that?

There are many subscription apps like ‘Timo’. You can make single product page without cart page from theme customization.

How can I do so? Is there a tutorial? I couldn’t find one.
Does Timo also give me designs for my website and box type choosing process?
