Using Stock Sync (s)FTP to sync with Automa.

Hi!

I’m trying to sync Shopify with Automa using Stock Sync, I need to change it into the excel format that Automa needs. In the attached CSV there’s a sample format used by Automate. How do I go about formatting it into their form to sync it with my store? (I’m using the ella theme if it helps)
