Using Symmetry and all the hard work I have done to set up my store all links are now broken

I have set up a store using Symmetry I am trialing, and I have set up the store, and when I went into the store last night, all the links are broken, all my pages I set up are now deleted, all my blogs, and write up’s, products to purchase are now gone! When you click on a link it is the same repetition of one image. Is this an easy fix up and everything I worked so hard on and for a very long time can magically re-appear, is this a common re-occurrence with this store selection? I have a feeling I need to find another store and re-set up, as I can not trust for this to happen again, and as everyone knows it takes up a lot of time setting up a store. I am super frustrated.
