but it doesn‘t appear on the mobile browser(including ios and android), nor an hp laptop, it only showes up on a macbook

Sorry I see it working fine again. I have checked both andriod and iphone devices and HP laptop as well, all seems to be showing the sale badge.
I recommend updating your browser to latest and have one of your friends or family check to see if the issue persists, if not it is only on your devices.
Let me know once you do that and I will try to debug more.

I just tried on macbook with safari browser and it appeared with this url, but the same url on hp laptop with chrome and Microsoft Edge browser it didnt show
