Im having problems signing in to the tiktok app in Shopify. I already have a tiktok for business account and also a seller account connected to the tiktok. When I try login through the app it says account not found. I have the same username/email and password for both the seller account and the tiktok for business. Anybody else ran into this issue?

If you did and it’s still having issues, I think you should maybe reach out to Tik Tok support to see what the root cause might be
