USPS Ground Advantage Shipment Free Pick Up

Dear all,

I always purchase my shipping labels through Shopify for USPS Ground Advantage.

I am trying to figure out if the shipment could be pick up from my location.

However, the USPS website stated, “Only premium packages with a “+” symbol are eligible for free pickup.”

I am not able to locate the symbol from my labels, and there is no information I can research online.

Does anyone have experience with this? Many thanks and please see the attached information.

@etsyasianart USPS offers free pickup typically for premium services, like Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, which qualify for free pickup.
USPS Ground Advantage service may not fall under the “premium” category USPS refers to, so the “+” symbol indicating premium services might not appear on Ground Advantage labels for this reason.
For pickups with this service, a fee may be involved which can be confirmed by reaching out to USPS support.
